Took my husband to his appointment today (6/5) just to learn that Dr. Prum had moved from that location on S Rainbow, and they didn’t know where to. They did tell us the MA had canceled the appointment. It would have been nice to know any of this so that we didn’t waste a trip. Only reason this didn’t get a one-star rating is because we’ve liked Dr. Prum personally.
I have searched for a long time for a good primary care. On my first visit Dr Prum took time, listened and addressed any needs I had. I had been told by other primaries that they just didn’t have the time to manage my care and that I should even look out of the state to find someone. Well, I waited and decided to try 1 more doctor recommended by someone at Emmediate infusion. Dr.!Prum was worth the wait!!
Dr is fine, but getting a prescription THAT THE DR ORDERED sent to the pharmacy takes an act of congress. Such a headache I'm looking for a new Dr. Update: editing this review and removing a star to share that this issue is ongoing. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with the office unless you are in the lobby. Dr. Prum is so thorough and really takes the time to listen and explain everything. The office is good about returning my calls by next day.
I have been seeing Dr. Prum for sometime now. I believe she's overworked. The last time I went to see her, she didn't spend but three minutes with me. I'm diabetic and I was having issues with my foot and it was not really addressed. She put me on a new medicine that was never even called in to the pharmacy. Every time I have an appointment, she's always running behind. I use to love going to see her, but now I feel like there's really no care or compassion in her office anymore.
