We called and had AndPro out for a clogged toilet of one of our apartments, costing 180.00. Two days later the toilet would not flush. We called them back and reported they did not fix the issue. We requested they come and finish the job. They wanted to charge us double what they had already charged. We ended up calling another plumber who charged 100.00 and actually took care of the clogged toilet. Would not recommend this company. They did not complete the job nor stand by their word.

I ignored the other bad reviews because Andrew did good work for me in the past. However, this time I felt pretty taken advantage of and when I complained, was only met with excuses, much like his response to another Yelp review. I had a leak in my shower, so asked for them to find it for me. They did find the leak and I authorized for them to rip out the shower to make sure they got it stopped, since I planned a bathroom remodel, anyway.
