Truly the worst apartment you could ever move into. It all started day one when our move in was delayed 6 hours because the lease still was not drafted to be signed, despite having been approved over a month prior to move in. This complex is genuinely horrible, they do not care about their tenants. I have had mold growing in my apartment from a leak in another apartment for almost a year, they sent someone out a couple months ago and they soaked up a little bit of the water and left. It got soaked with water again shortly after and the walls and doors are covered in mold, we have called and messaged and gone in person to speak with the complex multiple times but nothing has been done. Andover Woods Apartments Was approved and given keys to my apartment on may 11. No one did the walk thru with me. Upon entering the apartment it was over 85 degrees inside. The garbage disposal didn’t work, the flooring in the bathroom was peeling off the floor, was missing my washer and dryer, the stove didn’t work, the fridge doesn’t work, there are mutiple wasp nest around the front door and on the patio.
