They ruined some $200 ball joints and will not provide replacements even after showing them it was indeed their fault. Owner became very defensive when I said it is your fault even have pictures and dates to back up my own claim. Parts were less than 32 days old. Poor customer service do NOT take any modified car there or any in general. Lady at the front counter was extremely polite though.
Andover Wheel and Frame is fantastic. I brought my car in for an alignment after being referred by my mechanic. They were very honest about loose parts in my suspension and didn’t exaggerate or try to swindle me out of money on perfectly good parts (I look like I don’t know anything about cars so other shops have lied to me about broken parts and tried to replace perfectly good ones). The alignment was done quickly and was very affordable. I would highly recommend this shop.
