They don’t let you sit on public property
Great public space right outside the office, if you're ever in the area I would encourage EVERYONE to go visit this space and spend as much time as possible here (until they illegally kick you out of course) tell ALL your friends!!!
There’s several videos online of the security team for the building being told not to let anyone sit outside of the building. Even though the outside is public property. They even kick out the elderly with walkers/canes from sitting in the front PUBLIC space. In the videos, more than 1 security guard is extremely disrespectful.
They do nothing about glass in the road and sidewalk, or cars parking on sidewalks. They only care if your lawn is mowed, but not actual safety issues. How am I supposed to walk my dogs when the sidewalk is blocked and there is glass on the sidewalk and road.
Water leak ongoing for the THIRD time in the same room since we moved in less than two months ago. Office is open and refusing to respond to our pleas for emergency assistance and plumber. Avoid living in these properties unless you’re well versed in real property law because you will end up in housing court. Don’t let them intimate you - they’ve initiated and failed 7 evictions in my building. It’s public record.
