If you're considering living here, don't. Are the apartments, location, and amenities both within the apartment and outside of it nice? Yes, of course, and the office ladies are nice enough. There is 0 noise control or enforcement of quiet hours in this community, and management could care less about it beyond the bottom line dollar that is in it for them. Marcy Kennedy is the sweetest person i have met in Nebraska. if you need a place to get she is the one you need to be talking.
Check out their lease, it's full of silly restrictions. Can't grill on your patio, use your ecig anywhere on the property, can't put a plant on your windowsill, can't leave your car parked in the same spot for more than a couple of days or it will be towed, the list goes on and on. We won't be staying here that's for sure!
