At first they were affordable but now they charge you for everything. They have the maintenance people look around your apartment to see what they can charge you with. They charged me for my glass top stove after they told my ex that it was their fault and they wouldn’t charge me. On top of that they have a bad roach problem. How I was living was beyond disgusting and every time I would tell them what’s wrong there was either no communication with who was spraying my apartment or they didn’t believe me. We moved here in January and it has been the best experience! The leasing office staff is amazing and always finds a solution to any problem. They truly seem to care for their resident’s satisfaction. 10/10
If you are looking for a good complex to move into Adover Place is highly recommended. They made the move in process so easy. Jayden and Judith are beyond helpful. They answered all the questions I had.
