I had very bad experience about Andover place at Cross creek. I stayed here for an year and while vacating apartment professionally got it cleaned. After handover apartment they fined me $2000 dollars.The charges applied appear to cover normal wear and tear rather than any actual damage or broken items, which is unreasonable for a one-year tenancy. Don’t recommend moving here, I pay for parking and my cars been towed twice ($340), there’s black mold growing in the apt and maintenance said it’s just dust, etc
Mixed reviews had me nervous, but I’m so glad we took the chance! Staff has been excellent, community is nice. I feel safe and at home. We have been here for 5 days and have zero complaints. We are due for pest control this week and haven’t seen a single bug within our apartment.
This place is a disgusting scam. We moved into a roach-infested apartment, and when we left, they slapped us with the FULL bill for roach treatment – as if we caused it. They also slapped us a bill of "tub damage" charges that was never there any damage. Reglazing charges and all.. Seriously we stayed there two years and its very normal that shine of the tub will be wear or tear.. We have full vide shared as a proof, but they don't care. One of the worst apartments experience we had with Andover at Cross creek Tampa. We were there for a year due job change we moved .While moving we professionally cleaned and handover apartment to leasing office. However still they charged 1800 fine when we asked details we’re surprised. $1300 for both bathrooms even after professionally deep cleaned.
