Wow!!!! Was considering renting here but damn the reviews are terrible 🤯 Not getting my money
I am trying to get into my apartment at 4am. The lock has 16 percent charge and yet the door won’t open. The very rude call operator who did not even know what time zone I lived in repeatedly lied to me about when the door would be opened.
ROACH INFESTATION OF A APARTMENT. Don’t bother asking for pest control… it doesn’t work. RUN FOR THE HILLS
Hemos tenido algunas dificultades desde que nos mudamos pero el equipo de andover ha estado muy atento y diligente para resolver y han resuelto o están en eso. Ya al salir del complejo terminamos estafados por reparaciones inventadas y otras que ya estaban cuando llegamos. Mi recomendación es que tomen fotos y dejen constancia de como reciben el apartamento.
This is a follow-up to my previous review, and I feel compelled to share my continued experience in hopes that UDR will take resident concerns seriously.
