Even though the apartments are large and come with a washer/dryer. If you want to bring a pet they will charge you $500 non-refundable pet deposit. Also, neighbors are loud. You can hear neighbors esp late at night when they do their laundry..the floors will vibrate. The most important thing, if you move out early and you signed up for a move-in special guess what your paying that back for each month and your termination fee.
