So far, I have been living here with my husband since December, and we have had no issues with pests or any appliances. The staff are very quick to responding to emails and maintenance shows up really quickly once submitting a request. Also they always update us with new news whether it's about the trash can, pool, or any other complex issue. I cannot wait to keep living here and experiencing the best of Andover Park. Thank you for making this a great place to live!
Only one issue with these apartments. The tenants don’t respect their neighbors. They leave trash piled up outside the receptacles and they have no sense of the noise they create. It started as a great place to live during my first year but then the payment portal changed and now we aren’t able to pay with a check or money order. We are forced to use this portal which charges you a service fee. Rent isn’t cheap! Amminities are nice and the staff is respectful. I can’t say enough great things about this apartment community! The pool and clubhouse are absolutely amazing — always clean, beautifully maintained, and the perfect spot to relax or hang out with friends. The gym is great too and open 24 hours! Welcome to Andover Park Apartments, where you’ll experience noisy neighbors, terrible front desk staff, and maintenance that doesn't solve any problems. Moving here in 2022 was great for the first year, but things quickly went downhill. The property manager, Haley, will give you excuses about new staff being the reason calls and emails go unanswered, but the truth is, they just don’t care about you or your safety. I have lived here for years! Pool is awesome in the summer. The office staff is really friendly and helpful. I always have any maintenance requests completed within a timely manner. Leasing staff host resident events and it’s always a good time. I can’t speak for everyone, but my neighbors were respectful and quiet too. The 2B2B apartments are pretty spacious with decent amount of storage for what I need.
