I left AFBBC for a year to find a gym closer to home but no gym compares to Chris and his team.
How much is your health worth? It is worth going HERE! Great (quick, if needed) work outs! From beginner to lifelong athlete you will benefit from this program. The Trainers are very helpful and positive. There is a In-body scale that aids you in knowing where you are starting with weight, % body fat and muscle tone. You go from :( to :) and your clothes fit better. Clean gym with very good equipment. Always leave feeling energized for the day.
Fit Body is amazing! Great coaches, flexible schedules and well structured workouts! Definitely worth a try.

Diversified, fun workouts, wonderful people, and super trainers - this is the place for all - whether you are just starting out or are already fit. I have belonged for three + years and love the community and the awesome workouts. Highly recommend!
Love the variety of exercises and positive encouragement from the coaches. Personal attention is very much appreciated. I have been an irregular member due to my travel interruptions but devoted since 2021. Thank you for an enjoyable experience at AFBBC.
