I’ve been seeing Dr. Landers for almost 10 years now. She delivered my daughter almost 3 years ago, is her doctor, and now and is about to deliver my son and will be his. Also, the front desk ladies are the sweetest. We’re treated like family every time we’re here.
Dr. Meschke is the best Dr. Ever. He cares and he takes his time to make sure everything is cared for.
This is what is wrong with healthcare, $160 bill for an office visit that lasted <5 minutes. Apparently the newest trend is spend the least amount of time with the patient as possible while gouging the patient dry. This isnt healthcare, this is a racket.
Our family loves Emily and has been seeing her and Dr. Meschke for 2 years. But the front office staff is incredibly rude. We've been given wrong appointment dates, major attitude from Kelly and Sam (receptionists), another receptionist trying to give medical advice and not passing along messages to the nurses. I've needed shot records sent to me and only getting half of them from the receptionist. Today was the last straw. I went to Dr. Landers for years and she was always okay but I had to pay a double copay every single time for "past payment." I was fine with it because I assumed i was just covering someone else on the family insurance. I've been healthy for years and I go to make an appointment only to be told they won't see me or my family and that they notified me by mail?! I've never received anything or heard of this.
