Failed to successfully complete the root canal treatment. She broke my tooth root instead, therefore had to get it removed completely. It is now necessary for me to get a tooth implant and she has not once apologized to me for the failed results.
My experience with Dr Saviano’s office was one of immense stress. In 2015, I received a bill of service – root canal - done in 2013. Never in this period of time received any phone call or mail from this office to let me know that I would owe them any money. Finally I called the office to ask for clarification, and why it took so long. I never had these problems before and I have had two insurances for many years.
