The apartment offers more space and is much more affordable than other one-bedroom apartments. Andover Crossing is close to everything I could possibly need and located in a warm, safe community. Michael has been a kind and caring manager during my stay. He is friendly and attentive when I have issues. Starla is a great property manger. She does her best with limited resources and very little corporate support. However, I am not at all pleased with my experience here in the last 6 months. In addition to a revolving door of maintenance staff (with one being found on the offender registry), I ended up with neighbors who stomp around and scream all day and night. More importantly, however, they smoke “something” in their apartment that consistently comes into my apartment from their vents for my young child and I to breathe. ... read more
