DO NOT APPLY HERE. I sent my application in with a security deposit (Total $130) and they have not answered any of my emails and will NOT give me my security deposit back! I have not even been able to look at any open apartments or have received ANY communication from this place. My $100 security deposit needs to be IMMEDIATELY RETURNED.
Its exactly what it is a place to live. Not much room but the price is right
Great place, great neighbors, quiet, and newly renovated. The property manager, Carrie, is professional and replies immediately. The leasing process was straightforward and easy peasy. If you're looking for a quaint, and quiet little place, I'd send them an email and fill out an application STAT! Thanks Carrie!
I have tried to get in contact with leasing office also scheduled a tour plz somebody contact me I really would like to lease an apt that is available next week I also walked up to the leasing office nobody there..
