Daniela, the Property Manager was friendly and very inviting. The unit that I toured was extremely spacious, the area from what I could tell was quiet and out of the way! I loved the outdoor area, that is good for outdoor activities!!!! I absolutely loved it!
Photo attached shows the hole maintenance cut in my ceiling last week — after I’d been reporting a leak since July. A tarp went on the roof months ago, but nothing else was done until now, and since the hole was cut there’s been no repair, no update, and no reply to my emails. Scroll through these reviews and the pattern is impossible to miss: deposits and application fees withheld, residents calling and emailing for weeks with no response, pests and outdated appliances ignored, and now multiple units dealing with leaks. DO NOT APPLY HERE. I sent my application in with a security deposit (Total $130) and they have not answered any of my emails and will NOT give me my security deposit back! I have not even been able to look at any open apartments or have received ANY communication from this place. My $100 security deposit needs to be IMMEDIATELY RETURNED.
