Photo attached shows the hole maintenance cut in my ceiling last week — after I’d been reporting a leak since July. A tarp went on the roof months ago, but nothing else was done until now, and since the hole was cut there’s been no repair, no update, and no reply to my emails. DO NOT APPLY HERE. I sent my application in with a security deposit (Total $130) and they have not answered any of my emails and will NOT give me my security deposit back! I have not even been able to look at any open apartments or have received ANY communication from this place. My $100 security deposit needs to be IMMEDIATELY RETURNED.
Its exactly what it is a place to live. Not much room but the price is right
Great place, great neighbors, quiet, and newly renovated. The property manager, Carrie, is professional and replies immediately. The leasing process was straightforward and easy peasy. If you're looking for a quaint, and quiet little place, I'd send them an email and fill out an application STAT! Thanks Carrie!
