Been living at Andover now since 2021 so five years They are great apartments are well kept. They work with you on everything just have to communicate with them. Any problems I have had they always correct the issue in a timely manner. Great place to live
I’ve had a great experience living here, especially when it comes to the maintenance team. Valentina and Jada have been absolutely exceptional. Anytime there’s an issue, they respond quickly and make sure it’s resolved without delay. It’s such a relief knowing that things are handled efficiently and with care. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication really make a difference in the overall living experience here. I truly appreciate all the hard work they put in!
The Big Move! Hats off to management at Andover Apartments. They made my transition from Ruskin to Tampa a smooth one. It was a little bumpy at first because a lot of “what ifs” was up in the mix but Valentina made sure everything was order before my move in date.
