Worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. There are ongoing mold issues that have not been properly addressed, and management changes every few months, making it feel like nobody is held accountable. Every time there is a new manager, the problems start all over again. Maintenance is a major issue — work orders are ignored or not completed properly, and things continue to stay broken. I’ve been living at Andover for years now, and I truly love it here. One of the biggest reasons is the amazing leasing agent. Valentina is always very nice, sweet, and welcoming, which makes every interaction a great experience. She responds quickly whenever I have questions or need help, and she always makes sure everything is handled smoothly.
