Terrible company! I’ve lived in my apartment for years, and ever since this company took over, everything has gone downhill fast. Maintenance is completely unprofessional, never fixes anything properly, and even brought random people (like my neighbor and his grandson) into my apartment instead of actual workers — completely unacceptable. Just moved into Jordan woods by Andover in whitehall Pennsylvania & it has been an absolute nightmare since moving in. I regret moving here & cannot wait till our lease is up. We moved into a dirty home , broken sink ,moldy caulk, filthy tub dirty walls and now we have an ant problem due to them laying rug onto cracked concrete. I moved in with a broken fridge & they took over a week to replace all my food went bad. My bath tubs have sink drains on them. Never move into here. These people do not care about your health nor do they care about your living situation they expect for you just to keep paying your rent and living in A despicable home place they only hire jobs addicted Maintenance that they call super and they start off doing their job and two weeks later there’s no consistency my whole apartment is falling apart and has an infestation of bedbugs and roaches due to the neighbors Someone really has to stop these people
