If i can give this complex and -0 I would. This place used to be well kept. This place has gone downhill. Maintenance man half does his job. Who hired this guy? He should be fired the way he keeping this property cleaned or his job. Entry of the buildings are just trifling dirty. Carpet in the hallways are filthy dirty, hallways always have some type of smell never clean. Current resident. When i first moved here a few years back this apartment complex was up to date with any and everything. Maintenance was Johnny on the spot getting things fixed when you had an issue. Over the two year or so it has been hell here. They are allowing any and everybody to move into the apartments. Parking lot is terrible. You have cars just sitting in the parking lot taking up space. Furniture that was thrown out over months ago still sitting near the trash shoot. I’ve been here for almost a year and I’ll say when I first moved in here it was decent but small, and the maintenance man sucks and the landlord. You can’t never get in touch with the landlord , it’s nobody barely in the office maybe one day out of the week. The hallways are always dirty and the parking lot, raccoons are all in the dumpster making a mess. When I first moved here it was decent. Recently we got a new property manager and maintenance person and they refuse to fix anything. Hallways are dirty as well as parking lot. Rude attitude when requesting service. Plus they won't turn off building heat when its 70 outside and Im forced to turn on my AC unit, running up my electric bill because its 85 in my apartment in April... Like I said, used to be nice. Under new management, Horrible...
Love this place small but perfect and no noise..
