This place has really went down over the course of the time that I've been living over here. They seem to can't keep permanent management or maintenance technicians over here at all. The hallways are always dirty, it smells bad and needs air circulation at all times and needs new carpet because the carpet they have is very dirty and filthy. All they care about is the tenants paying their RENT, making sure the outside is looking good at all times to try to attract and get more people to rent over here. The leasing manager made my leasing experience frustration free. I had a very prompt, pleasant and professional interaction with the staff. I believe Ms Malone is a Godsend. Let’s all do are part and get back to caring for each other. Together we can make Andover Arms a community we can all be proud of.
The move-in experience has been very easy! Management was wonderful and helped with everything I could have possibly needed. 🩷
I Suggest Everyone MOVE ON OUT of THESE buildings or Get NEW MANAGEMENT! We're on the 4th property manager. SHE IS DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNPLEASANT! Miss Carla is HORRIBLE! SHE IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO HER MAINTENANCE STAFF and THE RESIDENTS! We don't even talk to her, we slide our rent under the doors. We wait until she is not here. All she does is walk around and talk negatively about property her staff and the residents. We have two maintenance technician Mr. Ray and Mr. Will. Me and my next door neighbor over... read more
