I brought my 3-year-old Shih Tzu, Chloe, to this clinic. She is healthy, and I wanted to have a dental cleaning done as preventative care to help avoid dental problems in the future. I was extremely uncomfortable when I was given an estimate that included the extraction of FOUR teeth, even though no dental X-rays had been done yet to determine whether any teeth actually needed to be removed. I Have been going to Andover Animal Hospital for over 20 years! Their staff is Wonderful !... Can't say enough about Dr.Keramaty!! she is the Best!! Highly reccomend
We had a wonderful experience with Thor’s visit on August 1st! Dr Manse was exceptionally clear, thorough, and careful while explaining everything to us. Both the doctor and the assistant were so helpful, attentive, and kind. We felt Thor was in great hands!
Friendly staff, that picks up everytime you call. Not a voice message or a "press #1 for......" like others. The visit is stressful for some pets so it really helps so much that the staff there gets it.
The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable in their field. The clinical team provides great care and compassion to all pets. I'm also grateful to be able to reach someone after hours with any question that may arise about pets health.
