Dr.Andorsky and his team were incredibly kind and patient with my special needs daughter. The front desk is always incredibly kind when scheduling or any other questions we might have.
We had a terrible experience at the Clarksville office. When the nurse applied the dialating eye drops to my son’s eyes, she did not wear gloves and she had long, painted pointy nails, which could have scratched my son’s eyes. She did not explain to us about the potential discomfort from the dialating eye drops, when my son complained about the discomfort after the first application, she did not wait to let him have some time to adjust, instead she hurried with the second eye.
