Extremely bad experience. I do not recommend this place. 1. Appointment: Scheduling is done by phone, but no confirmation or reminder is provided. I made an appointment for September 16, but when I arrived, they claimed it was for the 17th. No text or call was ever sent to confirm this.2. Documents: I brought all the necessary forms for the Immigration Exam. The doctor reviewed everything, which took 1.5 hours. He requested additional blood tests, which I completed the same day.3. This business should be out of business...Poor business practices, constantly dropping the ball, no confidence in the doctor at all!
the office is absolutely incompetent - Billing , scheduling call backs , and most everything else is just deplorable !!!!!!
