Dr. Andolina is a great dentist. He takes the time to explain options, and then does excellent dental work. He did a great job of fixing a problem tooth for me today. The hygienist Stephanie also is excellent and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Andolina.
Insurance charged for doctor exams that never happened
Followed hygienist to practice, never should have done so. Unfortunately she left and I soon knew I needed to seek a new provider. Although friendly and welcoming initially, the negatives outweighed everything. After 3 separate visits - not once did the dentist actually examine my mouth although states he had. I had been with previous dentist for 20+ years - point is that I am not someone who bounces around. took my 8 year old and had a terrible experience with the hygeniest. would never go back to that office
Never got to visit. I called to make an appointment, never heard back, called a week later only to have them tell me they are no longer taking my insurance. I guess by just not calling me back they figured I would get the message. Very rude to not even call me to tell me they were no longer taking my insurance! I don’t know want to be going someplace where they treat people so poorly.
