I absolutely love this doctor, he takes his time and explaines things.
Called to make an appointment and after having call back and forth multiple times to get my medical records transferred was informed 10 days later there were no openings at any neurologist at cedars sinai for 2+ months. Refused to check with doctor if he could make 10 minutes for me since I am out of medication and just moved here. Also refused to put me on a waitlist if there were cancellations. Talk about a place that doesn't care about a patient no matter how much you are suffering.
Incredibly disorganized offices both on Robertson as well as at Cedars. Patient care and updating - abysmal.
nasty secretaries.simply super unprofessional.has been a nightmare to make one lousy appointment.they are rude and totally crazy. i would not let him touch me if my life depended on it.and i am a new patient. god forbid, i need an idiot like this office.go figure.
