Andie is an industry expert. She was quick to respond with comps, answers to questions and important information. She is a warm and genuinely kind person who is a pleasure to work with. I’d say she’s a work-a-holic, but more accurately, she just loves her job and she’s good at it. We decided to sell our condo in Avon after 8 years and ask several people who we should contact for a realtor and the most competent one we were told was Andie Ohde she was also a good friend of our neighbor and very good friend Linda in the condo so we called Andie and she jumped into action. We had a complicated sale and we had to do it all remotely since we had to avoid the high altitude. Andie was great helping with staging, getting inspections items fixed and moving.
