Andi was selling a house for a couple that we were purchasing. She had not been professional in a few instances. She did not have everything she needed at closing but had told us she had it all. Our closing was pushed back once because of this. If she didn’t have something she needed for closing, she should have told someone. The title company, the mortgage broker, our buying agent, and a friend of the mortgage broker were all trying to get a hold of her to get something from her that she said she would have at closing.
