I boarded my 2 dogs with Andes Straley for the first time this weekend and am sad to say, it will the last time I board there. My dogs were returned to me with the full bag of food that I left for them (they're on a special diet & require specific food), sores on one's mouth, toys & bones that I left for them which had to be hunted down & were clearly never given to either of them, and urine soaked blankets. Also, the web cams that they advertise, which was one of the main reasons I chose them, do not work. Very disappointed... read more
Thank you Dr. Bailey and the rest of the staff for the compassionate care you have given my cat Meowth in the past couple of days. We made the decision to let him cross the bridge yesterday and we were treated with respect and kindness. Perhaps if I had brought him to you sooner instead of going to a different vet he would still be here. We will be bringing our pets here from now on.
Dr Andes has taken care of my little Pom sam for 13 years an always done a wonderful job his staff also do an excellent job thanks for all you do for all furbabies
The best vet ever because they all saved Elsa puppy from freezing to death god bless all of you .you all are true angels

Updated review 09/22/18: I have used Andes Straley Veterinary Hospital for 4 1/2 years now. They were wonderful when my cat decided to swallow a rubber door stopper!! He was very ill and they took great care of him. Called me with his progress and even got a checkup call after he was home. I recently adopted another young cat from a local shelter and she unfortunately did not make it. Dr Andes was truly compassionate when he called me himself to tell me the sad news.
