Juanita provides invaluable guidance throughout the home buying or selling process! We tend to forget that "finding" the right house is only the beginning of the process. Her knowledge and experience has proved invaluable when knowing how to navigate the process of buying or selling. Where I really needed help was after our home was under contract. We had no idea how to navigate all the little things that come up i.e., requests for repairs, how to negotiate terms and what was reasonable, etc. You can't ask for a better ally!
Working with this realtor (Juanita) was a delight and a pleasure. Have put a few homes on the market with several realtors in the past but this one gets five (5) stars.
Juanita and LaTausha are great! They made everything very easy and I'm grateful being so busy that I didn't have to work through any of the detail. I got great guidance from them and never felt left they gave me advice where they weren't putting my needs first. I'd would recommend working with them any time!
Just when i thought i couldn't find a super nova agent in Alabama i come across Juanita. Very professional agent who knows what shes doing goes the distance to meet your needs. Her response time is incredible via email and text. If your looking for an agent that will work by your side till the end juanita is the agent for you.
We closed on a house this past Monday! 🤗 This was such an easy experience and God made it all possible (along with our amazing real estate team of angels Juanita and LaTausha).
