Juanita provides invaluable guidance throughout the home buying or selling process! We tend to forget that "finding" the right house is only the beginning of the process. Her knowledge and experience has proved invaluable when knowing how to navigate the process of buying or selling. Where I really needed help was after our home was under contract. We had no idea how to navigate all the little things that come up i.e., requests for repairs, how to negotiate terms and what was reasonable, etc. You can't ask for a better ally!

Juanita and LaTausha are great! They made everything very easy and I'm grateful being so busy that I didn't have to work through any of the detail.
