Dr. Anderson and everyone at the Fair Park location of Ortho Arkansas was fantastic! Very patient, very detailed description of the problem, along with multiple options to solve the problem and what the risks and benefits would be. She took her time and was very attentive. Excellent bedside manner. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr Anderson's spent a tremendous amount of time with me explaining everything. I was given more time with her than any doctor I've seen over the years.
Best doctors, nurses and staff. With the one exception of the young lady who tore off the entire dressing/bandage on the first visit back since surgery She needs to have better manners and a lot of empathy. She clearly must have just hated to have to be the one to remove the dressing/bandages because it showed. But I believe in Karma and someday it will be her having to experience someone doing to her the way she treats others who are in pain.
I've been going to Ortho Arkansas for years now seeing different doctors for different problems(2 back surgeries, neck surgery ,hand surgery)...I've been seeing Jeanine Anderson for my hand lately n she ended up having to do surgery on Oct.6,2025 cause arthritis had messed my hand up inside bad..Arthritis has caused the tendon below my thumb n wrist to rupture so she removed the bad pàrt, the large bone beneath the thumb n the small one next to it..she filled in the empty space with rebuilt tissue or something..I'm not sure ... read more
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Andersson. From the first appointment through surgery and recovery, she was professional, caring, and took the time to answer all of my questions. My thumb surgery went extremely well, and I am so grateful for the excellent care I received. Her skill and attention to detail gave me confidence throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate everything she and her staff did for me and would highly recommend her to anyone needing hand or thumb surgery.
