If you like getting rescheduled and then the 2nd appointment had to call to see if they were coming since they did not come. Now, with heavy rain I can understand that they are not able to perform services; however, to not call and advise us this is not only inconsiderate, but unprofessional. Then when we state that a call from them would've been nice, the lady who answers the phone calls back and then states that they we may not be the right fit for them. Who the hell does that?? This has got to be the most unprofessional company I've ever come across. Waited 6 weeks to have some trees removed. The morning of my appointment, they cancelled. So that morning I called Global Landscaping & Tree Service. Not only did they show up 2 days later, they had a much better price. After Anderson cancelled they left a message which I never responded to. Apparently, one of their employees took it upon themselves to go onto my property, without my permission, to see if the trees in my yard were removed. What follows... read more
