As a Company for plumbing parts, cannot be beaten. As a source for water treatment service, they leave A LOT to be desired. Over the course of several years, I have had issues with both my soft water and hard water treatment tanks in keeping time. They came out, replaced one clock, then came back and replaced the 2nd clock, then came back a 3rd time and replaced one of the 2 new clocks a 2nd time.
