A man that works for you (driving one of your vans around with your name and number on it) he is an older man , skinny and wears glasses. Has a kid with him maybe 11 years old. I work at a gas station here in Kingsport and this man just came in here and got gas. His rewards (something we do not have control over) I am assuming wasn't working. He proceeded to yell at me and tell me that I have no idea what I am doing and stormed out of my store. I'm sorry but is this how your employees treat people?

I've paid him in full he has not completed the work. Demands a bonus to complete the job. He was months past when he was supposed to be completed when he informed me he will not complete the job without a bonus of 3k! He says he lost money on the job he bid! I offered him time and materials where he could have guaranteed his profits. He chose to bid it! He says it's just business but a business performs on contracts!

instead of responding to her review I would have loved if you would have actually told us any of the above. If you would have let us know any of that over the 7 missed calls and text messages that this was the problem we would have been more than accommodating.
