I orderered my furniture in January 2015, and I was told my furniture would be in around the end of February. I was then told middle of March, then end of March, then mid April, then April 27. It's now April 27, 2015, and I still do not have my furniture, and they have no idea when it will be here. They keep saying they can't control when the vendor ships. I purchased furniture from Anderson's in January 2015. I was told my furniture would be delivered late February. In February, I was told mid March, then late March, then mid April and now late April. I will never be buying from Anderson's again. Yes, the furniture is beautiful and yes it is high quality, but I don't know how they stay in business making empty promises. The best place for quality furniture!! I have bought a couch and bed from there and couldn't be happier. They gave me a great price on both the items I purchased. I highly recommend this place and the staff are super nice.
We have also had a bad experience with Anderson's Furniture in Southlake. We too love everything they have in the store and didn't mind paying a higher price for better quality. Problem is...we can't get all our furniture and they told us if we ordered and waited we would have it all in 30 days. That was December and now April, we still don't have all our furniture...it is sitting on a boat in China and after reading these reviews, I will be so disappointed if I have to wait 7 months for a dresser. Although I am at the point where I don't even care anymore, I just feel I need to let you're company know how disappointed I am with the service you provide. First, I love Anderson's furniture store and had every plan to fill my almost 4000 square foot home with Anderson's furniture and drapes.
