I've been a loyal customer for many years. Brought my mom in literally hundreds of times since 2020 because she had dementia and ice cream was one of the few things she enjoyed eating. Mom has since passed but I visited yesterday around 630 pm and must have stood at the counter over 5 minutes while 3 employees behind the counter simply ignored me and my friend. Bad CHEAP costumer service that screwed up original carl's choice order putting wrong condiments on roast beef then made second sandwich under weight to cover thier cost mistake lose and to make matters worse sandwich that I left with was way too dry with a burnt grease smoke flavor so double thumbs down left me not wanting to ever go back again being a waste of time and money 🤢
