I’ll start out with the positives: - flowers arrived on time - flowers were pretty Negatives: My initial phone call with the man who answered went well & I was excited to surprise my best friend with flowers. I called the next day because my friend had not mentioned the flowers yet & I had asked to receive a picture of the flowers at the time of delivery that I never received. I I was charged $65 for 12 dozen yellow roses described as “vased,” but I only received them wrapped. I believe I was overcharged, and the customer service was poor.
Excellent service, I liked everything. I was a little worried because I ordered from another country, but everything was done in the best possible way. Many thanks to Andersons Flowers store!
