Service and experience here. Perfect.
My order took weeks to arrive. Every time I called they didn’t have my tracking number. When I called to follow up the guy hung up on me . Poor customer service . I wouldn’t buy anything from them again.
Rose is the best! She did the entire order for door hardware, plumbing fixxtures, and cabinet hardware. Excellent customer service, great design sense, and when issues came up she addressed them quickly.
