Its nice that they upgraded the vacuums, but what they need is better lighting in the lot...and to pay the old guy that cleans up trash during business hours more. Perhaps he won't feel the need to steal people's half consumed beverages the way he did from me.
Didn't clean sides of car correctly
Real good operation you've got here blaming your customers for your faulty touchless wash. Wish I could give 0 stars. Edit: After reaching out about a refund due to not receiving the service paid for, Tammi Anderson has BANNED my family from ALL Anderson Car washes. We reached out politely to resolve an issue and were met with nothing but rude, disgusting, and repulsive behavior from Tammi. Truly a shame coming from regular customers who used Anderson almost weekly.
