Got my car in right away. Fast and friendly service. I tried three other shops that were outrageously priced with ridiculous wait times. I will bring my car back here for everything

WORST car repair experiences ever! No follow-up to left voicemail messages nor emails for weeks. Left repaired part un-tightened - made it very dangerous for the engine/me! How can a repair shop be so careless? Even though they had a clear parking lot (i.e. no other customers - big surprise - and plenty of spaces), left my car vulnerable on the street...??? My experiences with Andersons Auto has always been very positive. Randy's customer service has been above and beyond even to the point of giving me a ride home when my car was in for repairs. That may not seem like a big deal, but I live over 20 minutes from his shop. I have a problem vehicle and have had the opportunity to use Randy a few times. Each time he has gotten me in right away and gave me an honest assessment. Repairs have never taken more than a few hours and I have yet to have the same problem twice. I plan on us... read more

My dad's van broke down while he was on a road trip back to AZ and had to get a fuel pump fixed. Randy helped tow the van and fix the fuel pump all for $500. He even put other jobs aside to help my dad get back on the road right away. He now has a lifetime customer and kudos to Randy for helping him get back on the road.

I took my car into Andersons because I knew I could trust my family friend, Lanie, and the rest of working team with inspecting my car. She made sure that the only things I needed were legitimate needs with solid evidence and that they were the only things that were noted and fixed.
