I would strongly recommend avoiding this business. The level of service, communication, and professionalism was extremely poor from start to finish. Promises were not kept, timelines were repeatedly changed, and there was a clear lack of organization and accountability. It felt like there was no real attention to detail or respect for the customer’s time or property. I would strongly advise anyone considering this shop to look elsewhere. I brought my vehicle in for a transmission replacement and was initially told the job would be completed within one week. After that week passed, I was informed that the delay was due to staff illness and that the repair would take another week. Très bon service et réparation rapide et abordable. Matthew Anderson est une personne qui se soucie de ses clients ce qui est loin d’être le cas de beaucoup de garages… Nous avions besoin de changer des croisillons sur un arbre de transmission Iveco mais cette marque n’étant pas représentée aux USA, la plupart des garages ne voulaient même pas regarder. This is the type of mechanic that is hard to find. Transparent, knowledgeable and fair. Absolutely no complaints. I highly recommend Matt.
