So this is an update since my last review, but anyways, Anderson-Weber has further disappointed me with one of their employee’s recent actions. Back when I intended to buy from Anderson-Weber, I was working with Nick. In short, Nick was not a good salesman. He only cared about what my monthly payment could be and never wanted to answer my questions. He even would be really delayed in responses (which isn’t a big deal, but looks unprofessional). First time buyer with Anderson -Weber Toyota and I had a great experience. Spoke with Kris Wolfe regarding the vehicle I was interested in, he had everything ready when we arrived for a test drive. Bought a used Honda from Anderson-Weber as a first time customer and had a great experience. I came from Wisconsin to purchase the truck and everything was very professional and straightforward. Great customer service by Nick and the rest of the team. I had an issue with the vehicle that went unnoticed during the test drive and subsequent ride back to Madison.
