Walked in, did not have an appointment. I was seen in a prompt manner. These people assessed my condition, followed through with recommended evaluation, and the results were back quickly. They’ve been my pcp for years. Called to make an appointment and was informed that they decided that I could ONLY be seen at the Palo Cedro location despite the fact that the Redding location is walking distance from my home.
