They’ve been my pcp for years. Called to make an appointment and was informed that they decided that I could ONLY be seen at the Palo Cedro location despite the fact that the Redding location is walking distance from my home. If I could give no stars, I would. This was absolutely the worst “care” I’ve ever received from any doctor throughout my 10years with this very stable, common, life long medical condition. I left crying and shaking from such hostile, confrontational, and unacceptable behavior from Dr. Stephanie Casteel. I had been coming to this location for almost 4 years for both primary care as well as urgent care.
