I couldn't be more impressed with the service provided to my husband during his short stay in out pt surgery with Dr wallace. Our nurse Julie was diligent and restored a little faith into health care. Everyone from admissions to anesthesia was genuinely caring.
Dr. Wallace and his entire staff were very nice and knowledgeable. I will recommend him to anyone that is looking for a urologist. ♥️
New patient and first visit. Everyone was so nice and cordial. Nurse that got all information was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr Wallace was great. He went over everything and explained about my problems and assured me that it was not as bad as it sounded. He said give him a call if I started having problems with kidney stones and he would see me in 6 months and hopefully not before. My wife typed this review for me.
Dr. Wallace and NP Cynthia Smith are excellent. Nursing staff is awesome also. Office staff also tops.
After a short wait I was seen. Cynthia Schuetz-Smith and all staff were very thorough and professional. Looking forward to the procedure to hopefully get to the root cause of my issue.
