Came in on easter which i understand is a bad time to come to an urgent care so im not mad about my two hours there. What im not happy about it the way Mr. Kilby treated me. He asked me if I was called butt face as a child because of my facial features, refused to listen to my heart or lungs, which I had came in with symptoms of strep and wheezing fairly bad, and also refused to look at my throat which I had to demand he do in order to get him to. With my BCBS insurance paying $120, I still owe $546 for an office visit and flu test for my 3 year old. The providers here are very nice, but paying that much for a quick visit and flu test is robbery.
