Had an excellent experience purchasing a Gravely mower from Anderson Tractor! Brett answered all of my questions and had the mower I selected setup and waiting for me the next day. Kaine introduced me to his whole family, he and his wife Becky were excellent to do business with. His son Tyler showed me everything I needed to know about my new mower and answered any questions I had without hesitation. Awesome family owned business that was a pleasure to work with. The absolute best customer service in the business. I needed a part for my Gravely mower and they were the only place in East Texas that had it in stock. I made the drive from Big Sandy and was treated like a long, lost friend. Not only did Mr. Kaine get me the part, I also got the recommended hardware and he gave me instructions and torque specs as well.
