I had an extraction and filling, and still have some work to do. Dr. Alex is soo good,detailed,professional. Very happy with his work!His assistants are very friendly,knowledgeable , helpfuland very polite!! The front desk ladies, are sooo nice,always polite and helpful!! The hall team of Anderson dental is amazing!! Well done!!
On Mar 12 I had an appointment for a small cavity, and I was greeted by the ladies at the front desk when I walked in, they were very nice/friendly, and then Sheila (Dental Assistant) took me to the room. Well waiting for Dr. Alex we started talking about our lives and Sheila said her husband used to ride a motorcycle but gave it up, I told her that I have a motorcycle and just bought my 1st bike in July 2024. On March 5 I had an appointment with Hygienist: Denise, she is a pro, and I was very happy with the way she handled my teeth/cleaning. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. I am glad I switched to this dentist.
I don’t often post reviews but when it comes to the staff at Anderson Street Clinic and Dr. Alex I had too! Absolutely THE BEST!
I have attended this clinic for over 35 years. Dr. Demitry and his staff go above and beyond to give you excellent care from the moment you open the door and are greeted by the friendly receptionists. Today we were offered free disposable booties to cover our foot ware or our feet. It’s always a pleasure attending my scheduled appointments.
