I've been renting with Anderson street storage since August and I have to say it has been the best storage experience very clean units, and wonderful staff always willing to help. It's a great place to go if you need a place to store your things.

I have experienced nothing but issues since the very beginning of my rental. The units that I could see are bug-infested, including both of the ones that I rented and had seen roaches, ants, beetles, etc.. Their doors are not properly sealed. And in the first month, I was wrongfully accused by Jana of not paying my bill. As a result, I was locked out of my unit despite having already made payment. Rented for 2.5 years. My controlled unit was maintained and it was always accessible. The owners were always available to answer any questions that I had. My possessions were safe and protected. I had no damage. I would use Anderson Street Storage again. I highly recommend Anderson Street Storage.
