I have been renting a unit from Anderson Street Storage for about 14 years on one unit & another one for a few months. Jana is one of the sweetest person to deal with. She has always been very kind, sweet & accommodating to your needs. If you ever have to rent a storage unit, they are the people to call. I have had a great experience dealing with them. Paid for full month Jan 2. Jan 14th told them was moving out and they said I had to send picture of empty unit when done. OK had busy week was going to finish this weekend there was just a little bit of trash left. Since I paid for a full month figured had until Feb 2nd to finish but no they went ahead cleaned up what little trash was left and charged me another $40. Tried talking to them explained everything but no help just out $40. Never will I use or recommend them again.
