I was involved in a car wreck on 9/1 i was takin by ambulance on a backboard where xrays were done the er physicician dr travis albright prescribed me soma for a neck sprain and 12 oxycodone 2 days later ob 9/3 i went back to er cause my neck has swollen i was treated by er physiciab dr david turfler he prescribed me 12 more oxycodone and set me up a folloe up appt with primary care physician dr jason laney on 9/4 dr laney then prescribed me 40 oxcodone and 30 soma until i could find anothr dr to treat my severe back problem... read more
