Not very happy. Did not inform us he was about to go on vacation for 3 weeks, excuses like we sent it to the wrong e-mail address even though I was having no problem using email on my end. when confronted about a few concerns he became very defensive and refused to return email. I don't know if this is the usually with this guy. but I am close to filing complaints over breach of contract.
