Why are you calling me. I live in BC. Never been to Ontario.
Did I owe money. Yes I do not deny that. But what they have garnished off my pay has been over $4000 over what I have owed. Countless emails to the lawyer and I’m either ignored or told to deal with court myself. Court told me all the lawyer had to do was send documents of what I had paid previous what has been garnished. Which I sent to him to send on. Am I going to get interest on all the extra I have paid and yet to get back?
I hope every single person that comes into contact with this company files a lawsuit against them! These people are fraudsters and I’m taking them to court. Every person giving reviews has the same experience of them harassing us, giving us false information and false balances of what we owe. This is illegal. Please do not pay them and take them to court and have a lawyer represent you if you can. Keep every email from them as evidence.
Scary and unwilling to work with you. Tried to make a payment arrangement and they just refused. Terrified what these people are up to and if they enjoy scaring and bullying people into things they can’t afford. Ruthless and cut throat. If this company could get away with putting you in prison over a dollar they would. No empathy compassion or kindness.
I had some credit issues a while back and Ricardo from Anderson Sinclair contacted me regarding that. He was very professional and courteous. We were able to settle the issue and he even took the time to accommodate my unusual work schedule. It takes a lot to have a law office wanting to sue you and you come out after liking them for it.
