We closed on our 5 bedroom home In April of 2024. Anderson Signature Homes were so informative in the process as this is our family's 1st home. We had so many questions and it felt so great that we were able to directly talk to the builders instead of 3rd parties. Very sweet and professional and always there to help. We have a 1 year warranty as it was a new built home and any issue we may have had they took care of it no questions asked. I brought my home from Tim Jan 2023. A 4/3 cape cod in Mansfield Ga.This is a beautifully built home with a spacious open floor plan! Tim and his team have been wonderful! Any questions I've had or minor adjustments that needed to be made... he was on top of it. He and his team have been very professional and expeditious in getting work completed! He genuinely cares about his work and his customers! I recommend Anderson Homes 10/10! Thank you Tim!
Had a great experience working with this company! This was our first home build experience so we felt fortunate that the team remained professional and communicative throughout the process. This definitely helped us better understand the custom home building industry. They take really cheap short cuts. Don't buy a 2 story house made by them, the too floor won't last long at all and won't support much weight. They don't make real floor trusses. They are well known for shady work
