They do great work, however they are REALLY slow. I was told an item had been repaired when I called but, when I came to pick it up, it hadnt been done. I finally got my jewelry back after 2.5 months....was told it would take 2 weeks when I dropped it off!

WOW -- A Jewelery Store with a Jeweler --- I shopped there saved money and got the most beautiful Love-Story diamond ring . Heck warranty was free. We recommend WE WILL BE BACK -- they dont turn noses up either !!
THEY BY FAR HAVE THE LARGEST SELECTION OF ENGAGEMENT STYLES -- WE FOUND EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. THEY TRULY CARED ABOUT PLEASING US --WE EVEN PICKED OUT HIS BAND AS WELL -- IF THEY CANT HELP YOU NO ONE CAN .PRICES WERE GREAT TOO !!!!! RECOMMEND HIGHLY!!!!
I have visited Andersons for many years. They have quality jewelry at reasonable prices. I would recommend this store to anyone. If a certain item is not in stock, he will order this item for you at an excellent price. If you need to have an item repaired, he also is reasonable. I trust him to sell me the best quality merchandise for my money.
andersons did a one of a kind piece for me that was perfect--they spent a good deal of time with me designing this piece and i enjoyed the experence..i will return for all future purchases--everyone there made my visits a pleasure----THANKS TO ALL OF THE FINE PEOPLE AT ANDERSONS
