Dear clients, dear people, I want to tell you about this company. This company took payment from me for the army guard garage. As we agreed, but I left and couldn't cancel it because they don't answer the phone. They're scamming people and not returning deposits. Be careful. Don't park in those spots because there is no camera and no one is responsible for it. My car was damaged and I called the police. Poor Customer Service and Refund Issues I stored my RV with this facility from May 2024 and was due a refund of $50 in October 2024. Despite multiple calls, management failed to resolve the issue promptly. I kept area clean and cleaned up after past eviction (picture evidence). * Initial refund check sent to wrong address – no verification process in place. * Owner blamed customer for not updating address sooner – ignoring shared responsibility. Interesting place, nice atmosphere and everyone seems friendly. Although I was not here for Business, I was checking in on the "on premises after hours security and employee", during Business hours. It's a lot bigger than I thought from the road. Seems like a safe place to store your RV or other storage since they have someone on sight after hours. If I actually use this or get feedback from my friend "the employee", I will be able to write a current post about the services they offer.
